Privacy policy

This page explains what personal information is collected when you use this website, why it is collected, and the choices you have. The site is operated by Kyle Mercer (“I”, “me”). If you have any question about it, email kyle@mercerkyle.com.

What I collect

Only what you type into the form: your first name and your email address. I do not ask for anything else, and there is no account to create.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. To remember that you have already signed up, your browser stores a single value in its local storage on your own device. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

Why I collect it

To send you the access code for the tool when it launches, and occasional notes about the work. That is the only reason your details are used. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.

Who processes it

Your name and email are stored and sent through a third-party email and contact-management platform acting on my behalf. That provider processes the data only to deliver these emails and is not permitted to use it for its own purposes. Because I work between Australia and the United States, your data may be processed in either country.

How long I keep it

Until you ask me to remove it, or unsubscribe. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops all further contact.

Your choices

• Ask what I hold about you.
• Ask me to correct or delete it.
• Unsubscribe from any email, at any time.

Children

This site is for business founders and is not directed at anyone under 18. I do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a new date above.
